All orders returned within 14 days, from the date you received your order, are eligible for an exchange or refund. Returns after this period will only be accepted at our discretion. Please note the shipping cost on all orders is non-refundable.
All items that are returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition, including any packaging and swing tags. If any item is damaged, soiled or altered this may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
Please allow up to 14 working days, from the date you sent the items back, for us to receive and process your return, during sale periods this may take a little longer. Refunds made via PayPal e-Cheque can take up to 10 working days to clear.
How To Return Your Item(s)
Meadows offers FREE RETURNS for USA customers via USPS. Please fill in the returns slip included with your order number and whether you would like an exchange or refund and include this in the package. If you wish to exchange your items, remember to specify for which product, colour & size, using the space provided on your returns slip. Please also email the details of your return to info(@)meadows-store.com with the subject line INTERNATIONAL US RETURN.
Repackage in the original packaging (if still intact) and apply the returns sticker provided. Follow the steps on the returns slip to return your item(s).
Meadows cannot be responsible for items lost in the post so please obtain proof of postage, this will also have your tracking number should you need us to investigate please quote this number.
